## Turning strategy into economic action

Economic growth rarely fits neatly within one program or organization. I help make sense of complex opportunities by connecting evidence, business and stakeholder perspectives, regional context and implementation considerations.

I build initiatives that connect entrepreneurs, industry, institutions, government and other ecosystem partners around innovation.

## Strategy grounded in implementation

I bring experience across strategy, policy, analysis and economic development. My recent work includes investment attraction and business retention strategies and the Catalyst Innovation Network, combining research, stakeholder engagement and implementation-focused thinking.

- I prepared the City of Maple Ridge report advancing its Investment Attraction and Business Retention & Expansion strategies, including a foundational five-year implementation plan.

- As Senior Strategy Advisor, I have led work on the Catalyst Innovation Network, including presenting the initiative to Maple Ridge’s Diversified & Thriving Economy Advisory Committee.

- I hold an Executive MBA and a Master of Arts, and my professional background spans strategy, policy, business analysis and public-sector economic development.

2. I build the evidence through analysis and stakeholder perspectives.
3. I translate the findings into priorities, partnerships and practical action.
