### Sweet Simplon

A natural, unfiltered sparkling cider made from Goldrush, Jonagold and Reinette du Canada apples. Alcohol: 5.5% vol. Contains sulfites.

### Made in Valais

The apple juice is pressed, fermented and bottled locally in Valais. The three apple varieties come from Swiss organic agriculture.

### Local partnerships

Guillaume’s gift packaging is assembled by the St-Hubert protected workshops in Sion. The company also states a commitment to environmental causes through 1% for the Planet.

## Local roots, documented results

Guillaume reports Cider World Awards gold in 2023 with 115/120 points. The official Swiss Cider Awards 2025 results place Sweet Simplon 6th overall and 3rd in Sparkling with 87.3/100. Guillaume describes its 2025 distinction as a silver medal.
