01 · Your account

You are responsible for the email account, one-time sign-in links, devices, and any third-party services you use to access your GetKnown. account. Keep access secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

02 · Your page and content

You keep ownership of the names, company information, text, links, logos, images, videos, files, and other material you provide. You give GetKnown. a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, display, and deliver that material only as reasonably needed to operate and improve the service.

Only publish material you have the right to use. Do not use GetKnown. for illegal content, impersonation, harassment, fraud, malware, deceptive practices, intellectual-property infringement, unsolicited spam, or activity that creates a material risk to other people or the service.

03 · AI-generated and AI-assisted content

GetKnown. is designed to work with AI tools you choose. In the standard workflow, GetKnown. does not automatically gain access to your private AI conversations. You decide what output to paste or publish.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated or AI-assisted content before publication. AI can be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or misleading. Customer answers generated through the onboarding workflow are drafts and newly generated answers are not shown publicly until the page owner approves them. GetKnown. does not guarantee the accuracy of content generated by your AI.

04 · Free and paid plans

The Free plan is currently offered at $0 USD with no scheduled expiry and uses a random GetKnown. URL. The Custom plan currently costs $4 USD per month or $40 USD per year and includes a custom getknown.page/name address and owner analytics. The Brand plan currently costs $9 USD per month or $90 USD per year and adds logo, colour, and font customization. The Video plan currently costs $19 USD per month or $190 USD per year and adds a founder or company-introduction video layer.

Prices, features, usage limits, and plan names may change prospectively. We will not charge a new or higher price without notice and your consent where required. If a paid plan ends or payment fails, paid features may be disabled and a custom handle may eventually be released after reasonable notice.

05 · Billing and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period you select until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing tools made available in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and paid access normally continues through the end of the period already paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

06 · Leads, contact forms, and email delivery

A company page may collect enquiries from visitors. GetKnown. may store those enquiries in the page owner's dashboard and send them to the private company email address configured by that owner. The visitor's email may be used as the Reply-To address so the company can respond directly.

You are responsible for configuring a valid company address and for handling enquiries lawfully. Email delivery depends on third-party infrastructure and is not guaranteed.

07 · Privacy and confidentiality

Published pages are public. Account details, unpublished drafts, private lead-routing addresses, support messages, and customer enquiries are not intended to be public and are handled as described in our Privacy Notice.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect non-public information and limit access to people and service providers who need it to operate, secure, support, or maintain GetKnown. We do not sell personal information.

GetKnown. is not a substitute for a negotiated NDA. If material requires contractual confidentiality, export-control restrictions, regulated-data safeguards, or sector-specific commitments, do not submit it unless you have confirmed that GetKnown. is appropriate for that use or have a separate written agreement with us.

08 · Third-party services

GetKnown. relies on third-party infrastructure and services, which may include Netlify, Supabase, Resend, Stripe, and AI tools chosen by you. Their availability and processing are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

09 · Service operation and enforcement

We may inspect public links or page metadata for safety, reliability, abuse prevention, and duplicate or misleading identities. We may remove content, limit access, release a handle, suspend an account, or refuse service where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, protect users, or protect the service.

GetKnown. is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, interrupt, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent retention, delivery of every email, or continued compatibility with every browser, AI provider, third-party service, or integration.

10 · Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GetKnown. and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for a claim relating to GetKnown. will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11 · Changes, operator, and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
